According to the data released by the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), 2017 will be good year for the cruise industry. CLIA expects 25.3 million cruise passengers next year, a figure 4.5% higher than in 2016. 

Royal Caribbean North Star attraction has made it into the Guinness Book of World Records for the “Highest Viewing Deck on a Cruise Ship.” North Star is a state-of-the-art exclusive experience on Royal Caribbean Quantum class ships taking guests 300 feet in the air above the sea in a glass capsule, offering a 360-degree view. After the extensive damage at the Freeport, Bahamas shipyard caused by the Hurricane Mathew, Royal Caribbean announced that the refurbishment of Adventure of the Seas will be delayed. Unfortunately the shipyard was not able to complete everything that was planned for the remodeling of the Adventure of the Seas as it was announced several weeks ago. However, the vessel will exit the shipyard as planed on November 14, 2016.
